Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Products with signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, or missing tags may not be accepted.
• Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable, unless the item is received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank/e-wallet details to process the refund.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a change of mind, size, or personal preference, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
• If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Hayabyfaria will cover the applicable return shipping cost after verification.

Customers are advised to check the size, color, and product details before placing an order. Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
